My patio chair was totally fine until one little part snapped, which was annoying because I was literally just sitting outside with my coffee on a Tuesday morning. I emailed them to ask about getting a replacement piece, but it took way longer than I expected to get a response. When they finally did reply, it still wasn’t really clear whether the part was even available or how I was supposed to order it. The chair itself is decent enough, and it looks nice on the patio next to my little herb planter, but dealing with their support for replacement parts has been frustrating

The website looks messy and kind of cheap. I spent way more time than I should have trying to figure things out, which just felt like wasted energy. It really needs a cleaner layout and a more polished look.

I actually do like this set, so I don’t want to sound like I’m trashing it. It looks really nice on the patio and wasn’t hard to set up outside. It handled lighter rain just fine, but after a couple of heavier storms, the cushions stayed damp way longer than I thought they would. The frame still seems solid so far, so it’s not like the whole thing is a problem. I just think for the price, it’s fair to expect it to be a little more weatherproof...

They looked decent in the photos, but once they showed up, these little “fancy” chairs felt cheap for the price. i expected better and wouldn’t buy them again.

I ordered a patio set from ovios-home.com, the color was not what I expected at all. The photos made it look like a warm beige, but in person it’s more of a dull gray tone. I know colors can vary a bit depending on lighting or screens, but this wasn’t even close. It really doesn’t work with my outdoor space, so I’m disappointed. I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

I tried returning my chair the whole thing just became a hassle. I was mostly focused on getting the refund sorted, so maybe there were other details I missed, but the replies were really slow and they kept asking me for the same info over and over. The delivery was disappointing. The box was crushed on one side, and when I finally got it opened, the chair had a few scratches on it.
